SECTION 1 — TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on mondrianflorist.sg, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Customer") and Mondrian Florist ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not place an order.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Orders may be placed on behalf of a third party (the recipient), but the legal responsibility for the order remains with the person placing it.

1.3 Order Confirmation

An order is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent orders, inability to fulfil due to stock availability, or delivery to a restricted address.

1.4 Product Descriptions & Images

All product images on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Fresh flower products are subject to seasonal availability. Where specific flowers shown in a product photo are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with flowers of equal or greater value, maintaining the same colour palette and style as closely as possible. No refund will be issued solely on the basis of substitution.

1.5 Pricing

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Delivery charges are in addition to product prices and are calculated at checkout. Promotional prices are valid only for the stated promotional period.

1.6 Payment

We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayNow, and other methods displayed at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We do not hold orders without payment.
