Delivery Policy

Local Delivery: 

Free flower delivery to most areas in Singapore for orders of $35 or more, and placed at least 1 day in advance. For urgent orders, please contact us @ 8038 9535

Flower will reach anytime within your selected time slot. If you want the flower to be delivered at a more specific time range (eg 10am - 11am or 7pm - 8pm), grab express fee applies and please contact us @ 8038 9535 to arrange.

We are not able to deliver flowers/gifts to:

• all military bases
• PSA (Free Freight Zone)
• islands other than Sentosa
• Tuas area

Failed delivery due to 1) incorrect and incomplete address provided by customer, or 2) the recipient is not present during the selected delivery time slot, will be treated as order withheld and no refund will be made. However, you will be contacted to make an alternative arrangement with additional delivery fee of $35.
