Delivery Policy

Local Delivery: 

Free flower delivery to most areas in Singapore for orders above $35, and placed at least 1 day in advance.

We offer 2 delivery slots daily (except for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day period) :

• 10am - 2pm
• 1pm - 5pm
  

The bouquet will be scheduled for delivery within your selected time frame. If you want the flower to be delivered after 5pm, or at a more specific time range (e.g. 10am - 11am or 6pm - 8pm), grab express fee applies (starts from $25) and please email to mondrianflorist@gmail.com or contact us at 8038 6051 to arrange.

We are not able to deliver flowers to:

• all military bases
• PSA (Free Freight Zone)
• islands other than Sentosa
• Tuas area

Failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details (address or recipient contact), will be treated as order withheld and no refund will be made. However, we will contact you to arrange another delivery with additional fee of $35.
