Delivery Policy

Local Delivery: 

Free flower delivery to most areas in Singapore for orders above $35, and placed at least 1 day in advance. For urgent orders, please contact us @ 8038 9535

We offer three delivery slots daily :

• 10am - 2pm
• 1pm - 5pm
• 5pm - 9pm

Flower will reach anytime within your selected time slot. If you want the flower to be delivered at a more specific time range (e.g. 10am - 11am or 7pm - 8pm), grab express fee applies and please contact us @ 8038 9535 to arrange.

We are not able to deliver flowers to:

• all military bases
• PSA (Free Freight Zone)
• islands other than Sentosa
• Tuas area

Failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details (address or recipient contact), will be treated as order withheld and no refund will be made. However, we will contact you to arrange another delivery with additional fee of $35.
