Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

  • Please contact us via call/WhatsApp for any cancellation requests
  • A 10% admin charge will be levied for cancellations made at least 2 days before the delivery date
  • A 50% charge will be levied for cancellations made in less than 2 days before the delivery date
  • For cancellation request received less than 24 Hours before the delivery time slot, no refund will be issued

 Substitution

  • While it is our desire to fulfil your order as featured on the website, Mondrian Florist Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute any item in an arrangement with equal or higher valued items depending on stock availability.

 Change of Particulars

  • Please contact us via phone call/WhatsApp for any change of particulars such as address, card message, delivery schedule, etc. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before delivery
  • Surcharges may apply for change of particulars in less than 24 hours before selected delivery slot

 Exchange / Refund

  • All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once delivered
  • If you are not satisfied with the flower/gift, please WhatsApp the picture of the flower/gift within 12 hours from the time received
